A Tea Dinner with Certified Tea Sommelier Raelene Gannon
The complexity of flavours and aromas in tea allows them to be used in an endless variety of ways, for drinking, cooking, or pairing. It's a beverage steeped in tradition. We are delighted that we will have Raelene Gannon, one of Canada's first certified Tea Sommeliers, to guide us through the courses of our Tea Dinner on Wednesday March 9, 2016. Raelene's recent cookbook, tea from cup to plate, will be inspiration for the menu. Copies of the book will be available for purchase on the evening, and signed by the author.
