This evening's menu is a chocolate lover's delight. Each course will weave in a distinct chocolate from renowned Cacao Barry, the French chocolate brand produced by the world's leading manufacturer in high-quality chocolate and cocoa. Your taste buds will dance, your passion will be ignited, it will be sublime and you will leave gratified.
Who better to teach us about the myriad of ways chocolate can be used in the kitchen than the experts at Cacao Barry! Jean-Pierre Challet, part of the Cacao Barry Ambassador Club, (a group that unites more than 150 chefs, pastry chefs and confectioners of international reputation) will prepare the delicious dinner. Royce Li, head chocolatier for Shoko Chocolates and a well-respected Toronto Pastry Chef and Cacao Barry Promoter will prepare the decadent chocolate dessert
