Janice Poon, Toronto based food stylist for the popular Hannibal TV series, is returning with her new cookbook, Feeding Hannibal: A Connoisseur's Cookbook. Janice hosted a Hannibal dinner at The Chefs' House two years ago, and it was one of our most popular — and as you might imagine, most interesting — dinners! You will be entertained with behind the scenes anecdotes from the series, and about the intricacies of food styling for television; all while enjoying a four-course menu inspired by her cookbook.
Janice is an award winning painter, sculptor and author who has worked her magic on many films and television productions.
Dinner reservations are $125 per person — each includes two passed appetizers and a welcome drink during seating and four-course dinner and two drinks. Bonus: the cookbook Feeding Hannibal (retail value $38.95) is included in the ticket price!
