Join us on Wednesday September 28 for an exclusive Foods and Wines from Spain event! We will be hosting a Sherry master class with César Saldaña, Managing Director of the Regulating Council governing DOs Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Vinagre de Jerez, and Brandy de Jerez. He is one of the most prominent figures behind the recent modernization of the Sherry Triangle’s internal organization. For almost his entire professional career, Saldaña has been associated with this historic Andalusian appellation and with marketing the diversity and complexity of its wines around the world.
Before the class, there will be a reception featuring a delicious array of savoury Spanish tapas and cheese from Spain.
