We invite you to join our exclusive Foods and Wines from Spain cheese tasting master class on Tuesday, September 20. The evening will begin with a reception featuring a delicious array of savory tapas and Cava, the sparkling wine of Spain.
Following the reception, professional fromager Cecilia Smith will lead our master class, exploring the impressive cheeses from Spain. With more than 100 different varieties, and specialties from every region — from fresh to cured to fermented to blue-veined — Spain has a lot to offer! Come learn all about the unique qualities of Spain’s fine cheeses.
