In this seminar, you will discover the secrets of the illy blend through a heightened understanding of illy MonoArabica single origin coffee from Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopia.  As you learn to identify the distinct characteristic flavor and aroma profile of each origin, you will discover the marvelous world of coffee through your senses.
