Pastry Chef at the Chocolate Academy in Wieze (Belgium), Mathieu Dierinck has worked in several starred restaurants such as the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant and the Waterfall Inn in London. His team won the title of European Pastry Champions in January 2016 at the Sirha in Geneva.
