Spanish Culinary Market
Culinary Cities of the World presents: Cities of Spain
George Brown College’s Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts (CHCA) hosts an event series called Culinary Cities of the World, which recognizes the world’s leading culinary cities. For our next Culinary Cities of the World event, we will celebrate the food, wine, and culinary contributions of the cities of Spain.
Experience the enticing flavours of some of the most celebrated dishes Spain has to offer at George Brown College’s Spanish Culinary Market. At this walk-around food market, you’ll discover a superb selection of the palate-pleasing fare and Spanish-inspired tapas and hors d’oeuvres, prepared by local celebrity chefs including Luis Valenzuela of Carmen, Afrim Pristine (maître fromager) of Cheese Boutique, Janet Hoediono of Patria, Jose Salgado of Tapas at Embrujo, our very own Chef Oliver Li of The Chefs’ House and many others. You can meet and mingle with the movers and shakers of Toronto’s hospitality and culinary scene while you indulge in robust Spanish wines.
